Join us as a Senior Business Analyst and help shape the future of business banking. Bring your strong data and transformation expertise to our transformation programme. You'll work across strategic change initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to understand customer and business needs, improve processes, and define practical solutions. Combining strong analysis, stakeholder engagement and data-driven insights, you'll help deliver meaningful outcomes for customers, colleagues and the business.

For this role we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong data and transformation capability who thrives on connecting insights to action. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Strong capability in business process analysis design and continuous improvement using data driven insights
• Experienced in requirements elicitation documentation and translating business and technical requirements
• Strong experience working on large scale transformation programmes within complex organisations
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to incorporate customer insights Voice of Customer and behavioural data into solutions
• Experienced in partnering with CX and UX to deliver customer centred outcomes using qualitative and quantitative inputs
• Proficient in translating enterprise and operational risk and data insights into clear requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experienced in leading analysis activities – specifically data gathering, analysis and providing options based on data
• Experience in a banking environment including transactional business banking products and customer journeys would be an advantage
