As a Senior CX Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping innovative, human-centred experiences that reflect Kiwibank’s purpose and brand. Working in a cross-functional team, you’ll lead the design and continuous improvement of propositions, services, and cross-channel journeys—right from discovery through to delivery and in-life optimisation. You'll champion customer-centric thinking, run co-design sessions and design sprints, and mentor others to build CX capability across the organisation.

We will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:
- Strong experience in CX, service or experience design within complex or transforming environments
- Background in consulting with broad service and proposition design expertise
- Strong strategic thinker with hands-on design skills
- Confident leading work end-to-end, from discovery to delivery
- Skilled in customer research, journey mapping, and service blueprints
- Influential storyteller with a collaborative, relationship-driven approach
- Proven ability to align and engage diverse stakeholders across business units
- Comfortable in ambiguity and transformation
