About The Role

This senior leadership role owns Gallagher’s cloud offering as a coherent value stream - bringing together strategy, delivery, operations, reliability, and the commercial model behind the services customers depend on.

Leading 3 direct reports, you’ll build the capability, architecture, and operating rhythm needed to scale cloud-delivered services with confidence.

You’ll work across product, architecture, security, commercial, support, and partner teams to make sure our cloud services are reliable today, commercially sustainable, and ready for what customers need next.

You’ll Focus On

• Set the Cloud Services strategy and align it to Product, Security, and Gallagher’s broader cloud direction
• Own the commercial health of subscription services, including recurring revenue, retention, cost-to-serve, and cloud operating costs
• Build operational maturity across availability, performance, security, monitoring, incident readiness, and cost visibility
• Shape our approach to data residency, hosting models, cloud partnerships, and future service capability

About You

You’re an experienced software delivery, service, or technology leader who can connect strategy, commercial thinking, operational resilience, customer needs, and people leadership in a cloud environment.

You’ll be based in Hamilton with hybrid working available, spending around three days each week in the office and connecting across global teams as needed.

Ideally, You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience leading software delivery or service-focused teams, ideally including cloud-hosted or SaaS products
• Understanding of cloud service operations, including availability, security, data residency, cost management, and shared-infrastructure risk
• Strong commercial acumen and experience leading transformation, change, or operating model improvement
• A collaborative, systems-thinking leadership style with the ability to grow people and simplify complexity
