Locky Dock is on a mission to make urban mobility affordable, accessible and fun — our secure bike parking and charging stations (paired with outdoor media screens) are already changing how people move around Auckland.
We're looking for an exceptional Operations Co-ordinator to be the glue that holds our fast-moving team together. Someone who genuinely loves great admin, thrives on efficiency, and gets a kick out of ticking every box perfectly.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating installation projects from approval through to activation
- Managing our maintenance and repairs for docks and media screens
- Delivering outstanding customer support via phone, social media.
- Community outreach to biker groups, retailers, landlords spreading the gospel that Locky Docks are free to use
- Running network audits and keeping compliance at 100%. Getting on top of issues before they become problems
- Reporting Packs to key customers
- Juggling multiple priorities every single day — and doing it calmly
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in administration, customer service, project coordination or operations
- Someone who is naturally organised, with an eye for detail that borders on obsessive (in a good way)
- Agile and adaptable — comfortable switching gears between sales support, project admin and customer calls
- A genuine people-person with strong communication skills
- Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, CRM systems, Slack)
- Experience in the NZ business community
