The Role

This is a newly created, part-time Financial Accountant position designed to strengthen the finance function and support continued organisational growth. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work within a small, collaborative team and take ownership of core financial accounting responsibilities.

Key areas of responsibility include preparing monthly financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, maintaining balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting with year-end processes and audit requirements. You will also contribute to accounts receivable activities, cashflow management, GST returns, and provide payroll back-up support.

This is a varied and hands-on role with the opportunity to partner with stakeholders across the organisation while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Requirements

• Approximately 3+ years of financial accounting experience in a similar role
• CA qualified or working towards completion is preferred
• Strong technical accounting and reporting capability
• Confidence working across end-to-end finance processes
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
