About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga
As the Content & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for designing and delivering high impact content and targeted lifecycle marketing initiatives that enhance member lifetime value and retention across the nib NZ customer base.
This role drives upsell, cross sell, value reinforcement and churn prevention communications across the end-to-end customer journey. By building and refining lifecycle models and targeted interventions, the role aims to reduce lapse, improve advocacy and value perception, and grow customer share of wallet.
About you | Ko Wai Koe
You bring experience across lifecycle, CRM, retention or content marketing roles, ideally within financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments, with a strong understanding of compliance and customer engagement.
You have a proven track record of driving retention, upsell and cross-sell outcomes through targeted and effective customer communications that deliver measurable results.
With strong hands-on experience in content creation and optimisation, you're comfortable working across digital and owned channels to continuously improve messaging performance.
You'll bring:
- Experience working with customer data, segmentation and lifecycle models to inform marketing activity
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing principles and behavioural triggers
- Commercial mindset with a focus on member value, revenue growth and churn reduction
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences and lifecycle stages
- Analytical capability, with confidence interpreting performance data and insights
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and content management platforms (desirable)
