This is a pivotal year for BraveFace, with a new positioning, a new brand campaign, and new product launches, and real ambitions to grow and scale the brand in Australia. This fixed-term maternity cover role puts you in the driver's seat for all of it.

BraveFace is our science-backed range supporting stress, anxiety, sleep, mental performance and productivity, built for people with ambitious lives. Right now it's mid-transformation, new positioning, new campaigns, new products. It demands a hands-on marketer who chases every opportunity. You'll lead that transformation day to day, with a team of 4 direct reports including a Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer who own social and creative execution.
What you'll be doing
- Owning BraveFace's brand strategy through a new positioning and brand campaign launch.
- Building and running campaigns across digital, social, influencer, EDMs and trade, with a relentless focus on ROI.
- Owning the P&L and managing advertising spend, tracking performance to the dollar.
- Leading NPD from ideation through to launch.
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 4 direct reports.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' consumer marketing experience with prior P&L ownership.
- A founder's mindset. You treat BraveFace like it's your own and feel it personally when the numbers aren't right.
- Commercially relentless. You know your ROI down to the dollar and constantly find ways to make the budget work harder.
- Grit and resilience. When BraveFace is underperforming you lean in, not out, pivot fast, try new things and keep pushing.
- Digital-first thinking. You understand performance marketing, paid social, EDMs and influencer and know how to make them work together.
- A strategic thinker who can also operate at pace in the detail.
- NPD experience from ideation through to launch, with the instinct to know which ideas are worth backing.
