Lead digital delivery through a large-scale organisational integration

Own and shape the enterprise portfolio, programme and delivery strategy

Influence at executive level on investment, priorities and outcomes

Ensure delivery is aligned to strategic transformation goals

What you’ll do

Define and lead the digital delivery and portfolio management approach

Oversee programmes and projects across multiple portfolios and dependencies

Ensure delivery outcomes are realised, measured, and aligned to business value

Establish governance frameworks that provide transparency and control

Lead and grow a high-performing delivery, PMO and programme capability

What you’ll bring

Proven experience leading large-scale organisational mergers and digital integration programmes, including consolidation of platforms, teams, and operating models to deliver a unified enterprise

Senior leadership experience managing large-scale digital portfolios and programmes

Strong background in portfolio, programme and project management (P3M)

Experience delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Commercial acumen across budgeting, forecasting and vendor management

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver through change and transformation
