Warehouse Operator

About the role

We’re looking for Warehouse Operators to join our energetic and fast-paced team at our Dunsandel site. Whether you’re just starting out in a similar role or an experienced forklift operator.

You’ll support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations across manufacturing, storage and dispatch. You’ll need to be self-motivated, practical, and comfortable thinking on your feet to help keep things running smoothly.

This role offers excellent work-life balance, working a 4 on / 4 off rotating roster (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off).

If you have leadership or supervisory experience as an operator with a forklift licence, you may also be a good fit for our Senior Warehouse Operator role so we encourage you to apply anyway!

What You’ll Do

You’ll be involved in a wide range of warehouse and logistics activities that keep production and distribution moving efficiently, including:

• Safely operating forklifts to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Supplying production lines with the right materials at the right time to keep operations flowing
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods in line with quality and inventory processes
• Picking, staging, and preparing finished product for dispatch
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers safely and accurately
• Collecting and delivering product and quality samples across site as required
• Operating semi-automatic pallet wrapping equipment to prepare stock for storage or shipment
• Completing basic inventory checks and maintaining accurate stock movement records
• Supporting continuous improvement by identifying and escalating issues or inefficiencies
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment at all times

What You’ll Bring

Forklift experience and warehouse knowledge are highly valued, however we’re also keen to hear from people with the right attitude and a strong willingness to learn, as full training can be provided.

• Good communication and time management skills
• An eye for detail and being proactive
• Self-motivated and proactive with t he ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of processes
• Experience in using SAP and with RF Scanners, would be a bonus
