What will you do?
We are looking for a Performance and Analytics Lead to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with the Performance and Analytics Manager, this pivotal role partners with operational and technology teams to deliver innovative digital solutions, clinical systems improvements, and data-driven insights that enhance care delivery, maintain compliance, and support outstanding resident outcomes.
This role combines clinical systems oversight, performance analytics, and innovation, including the practical application of AI and emerging technologies across our villages.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide oversight of clinical system performance, enhancements, and new feature development, ensuring clinical safety and quality are maintained at all times.
- Partner with technology teams to ensure solutions impacting clinical care are clinically sound, aligned with best practice, and deliver measurable quality outcomes.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of clinical data dashboards and reporting to measure care quality, performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate clinical and operational data into actionable insights that support better decision-making and improved resident outcomes.
- Drive innovation through the development and implementation of new clinical systems, processes, and emerging technologies, including AI initiatives.
- Support policy and procedure reviews and develop system documentation and knowledge resources to strengthen governance and sustainability.
- Lead and support change initiatives, including new village openings, care centre changes, system implementations, training, and the adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
- Ensure clinical systems and processes comply with New Zealand and Australian aged care legislation and standards.
Who are you?
You are a driven and collaborative professional who enjoys working with data, improving systems, and leading innovation to deliver better outcomes. You will also bring:
- Experience working with clinical, healthcare, quality, or operational systems.
- Experience leading or supporting digital, technology, process improvement, or innovation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Experience working with reporting, dashboards, and performance data.
- An understanding of healthcare quality, clinical governance, and regulatory requirements.
- The ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- A practical, hands-on approach with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
