We are looking for an intermediate or senior associate lawyer to join our Trade Marks and Intellectual Property team in Bell Gully’s Auckland office.
In this role, you will advise leading New Zealand and international clients on the full lifecycle of trade mark and brand protection matters, including clearance, registration, portfolio management, revocations and oppositions, enforcement and disputes. You will also advise on trade mark matters in the context of market leading corporate transactions. The role would also suit a candidate that is keen to advise on broader IP, advertising, media, privacy, and commercial matters. This role offers direct client engagement and relationship-building from day one. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team with strong matter management, communication, analytical and drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to apply strategic legal thinking to real-world trademark and IP challenges.
