Te Kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
As an ITS Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving Intelligent Transport Systems that keep traffic moving safely and efficiently across the network.
You'll be hands-on with a range of ITS technology, including variable message signs, CCTV systems, communications equipment, and roadside infrastructure.
Working closely with the Project Manager and clients, you'll help deliver solutions that meet real-world needs - testing, refining, and improving systems through ongoing feedback and field implementation.
This is a role for someone who enjoys a mix of technical field work, problem-solving, and working with evolving transport technology.

- Previous experience in ITS, traffic systems, electrical or communications (preferred)
- Strong practical, hands-on technical ability
- Reliable, motivated, and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to safe work practices at all times
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team
