Are you a compassionate and reliable caregiver who takes pride in making a difference every day?

A permanent part-time position has become available for a qualified Caregiver to join our warm and supportive team working with the Margaret Wilson Home residents. This position is 35 hours per fortnight, worked over a 2-week roster in the evenings.

About the Role

As a Caregiver you will work closely with the Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, resident-centred care. Your role is essential in enhancing the wellbeing, independence, and quality of life of our residents. You will support residents with their daily living needs while promoting dignity, choice, and meaningful engagement in everyday activities. Through compassionate care, positive relationships, and a commitment to excellence, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and vibrant community where residents can thrive and enjoy each day to the fullest
