Te tūranga | The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Specialist to join our friendly team in the Whanganui Advice Centre on a permanent part-time basis.

As a Customer Specialist, you'll support customers with a wide range of everyday banking needs while building genuine relationships and delivering outstanding service. You'll take the time to understand what matters most to each customer and guide them towards solutions that help them get one step ahead.

You'll also play an important role in helping customers build confidence using ASB's digital and self-service tools, making banking simpler, more accessible, and more convenient.

No two days are the same. You'll be supporting customers across multiple channels, managing a variety of banking requests, and helping maintain smooth branch operations while contributing to a positive team environment.

This is a 16-hour permanent part-time position, working Mondays and Tuesdays between 8:15am and 5:00pm.
