About The Role

This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant position.

As the trusted partner of the Chief Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the executive office running seamlessly, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring the organisation operates at its best. You'll manage competing priorities with confidence, coordinate high-quality governance and executive support, and build trusted relationships across the business and with key external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Of The Position Are As Follows

  • Providing high-level executive support to the Chief Executive, including complex diary, meeting and travel management.
  • Coordinating Board and executive documentation, reports, presentations and correspondence to a consistently high standard.
  • Managing sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement.
  • Leading executive communications and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Improving systems and processes to enhance efficiency across the executive office.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and collaborating across the organisation to deliver successful outcomes.

About You

You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, stays calm under pressure and is always thinking three steps ahead.

  • Significant experience supporting a Chief Executive or senior executive leader.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with people at all levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
