As a Workplace Ambassador at JLL, you will serve as the primary Corporate Reception representative for Amazon New Zealand (Auckland). You will create exceptional first impressions and workplace experiences through comprehensive front-of-house services, managing everything from visitor reception and meeting coordination to pantry management and facilities inspections. An overview of the role
- Perform office opening and closing procedures while greeting guests, working closely with onsite security team.
- Manage meeting room scheduling, coordination, and event bookings while maintaining professional appearance of all meeting rooms and reception areas
- Oversee pantry program development including ordering weekly snack, fruit, and beverage supplies while maintaining kitchen areas and tracking spend
- Maintain Site PO Trackers and ensure financial processes are followed while assisting with invoicing and budget oversight
- Conduct facilities inspections, raise issues via Corrigo timely, facilitate vendor/contractor inductions, and report EHS matters onsite
- Provide support to program roll-out and implementation including communications and event coordination

- Experience in corporate reception or front-of-house customer service roles with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interface effectively with members from all organizational levels and the public with friendly, pleasant, and energetic personality
- Administrative skills with experience in meeting coordination, scheduling, basic financial processes, and customer service excellence
- Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks including pantry management, facilities coordination, and workplace safety procedures
- Proficiency with ticketing systems, scheduling software, and basic office technology
- Background in facilities management, workplace services, or Amazon/similar corporate environments (preferred)
