The Opportunity
The Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Specialist Reporting and Systems will be responsible for building the foundations for the HSW IT systems, improving their functionality and upskilling the HSW Team and other key roles within Suntory Oceania to ensure we are effectively leveraging the systems and tools.
Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract and can be based in either Auckland or Sydney
What you’ll do
- Complianc e - Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation by leading the development of procedures on legislated chang
- Systems Managem ent – Develop and manage the HSW management systems including ensure all policies procedures, forms and tools are up to d
- Training – Develop core training materials across different form
- Reporti ng – Provide accurate monthly KPI reporting and analsytics
- Stakeholder Engagem ent – Manage key internal and external relationships including IT systems providers
Experience you will bring
This role would suit someone who is a HSW professional that wants to be less hands on or someone early in the HSW career who is passionate about systems and processes. You will be great with technology and be able to easily pick up new systems, as well as:
- A passion for health, safety and well-being
- Understanding of and ability to interpret health and safety legislation across NZ and AU
- Experience creating engaging training material and documentation
- Experience with reporting and analytics
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
