HRIS Associate Director

Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven HRIS Associate Director who is strong on the HR applications and reporting space.

This position is located in Wellington central with a large public sector organisation.

This position will be leading and designing the organisations HR applications and reporting.

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least eight years previous experience working in the HR reporting/analytics space
  • Previous experience leading HR reporting and system projects
  • Strong leadership experience and previous mentoring experience
  • Previous experience managing HR systems
  • At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

This is a permanent position.
