You'll take ownership of planning, delivery and reporting for civil infrastructure projects that keep locals and visitors moving. Day‑to‑day, you'll work closely with a tight‑knit crew, subcontractors and clients, solving problems on the ground and keeping programmes, quality and costs on track. You'll also help set the tone on site - building a culture where people look out for each other, call things early and get the job done, together.

- Site Engineers with 3+ years' civil construction experience who are ready to step up.
- Project Engineers with around 5-7 years' experience, ideally with solid experience in asphalt, surfacing, pavements or broader civil construction.

- Deliver high‑quality civil construction projects across the region.
- Own project planning, programming, cost control and reporting.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site resources.
- Support bidding and pricing with practical, constructable solutions.
- Champion health and safety, quality and continuous improvement on site.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and your community.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and solid civil construction experience.
- Proven experience in asphalt, surfacing, pavements or broader civil construction.
- A strong safety focus and practical, solutions‑driven mindset.
- Confidence leading crews, resolving issues and making good calls under pressure.
- A collaborative approach and pride in delivering Good Work for your community.
