Working closely with the Regional Manager, you'll help shape a high-performing team by providing clinical leadership, mentoring clinicians, monitoring service performance, and ensuring clients receive exceptional rehabilitation outcomes. Your continued clinical practice will enable you to lead from the front, sharing expertise and championing evidence-based care.

- Lead, coach, and support physiotherapists and hand therapists across the Wellington region
- Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture

- Ensure high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and client care
