Radically is a consulting firm that helps organisations run better businesses.

We work with large organisations across banking, retail, insurance and the public sector to redesign how work is prioritised, funded and delivered. Our core services are operating model design and cost transformation.

We don't primarily produce strategy reports. We work directly with leadership teams to improve decision-making, simplify organisational structures, and materially improve performance and productivity.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a central role in our client engagements. You will work directly with senior leaders to diagnose organisational challenges and implement practical improvements to how their organisation operates.

You will lead workstreams across operating model and cost transformation programmes, facilitate decision-making discussions, and help leaders make clear trade-offs between competing priorities.

This is not a purely advisory role. You will be embedded with client stakeholders and expected to turn ambiguous business problems into concrete actions and measurable improvements.

What You Will Do

• Lead key workstreams within operating model and cost transformation engagements
• Analyse organisational structures, governance and planning processes
• Identify inefficiencies, duplication and cost drivers
• Facilitate planning and prioritisation sessions with leadership teams
• Translate strategy into clear and executable priorities
• Develop practical recommendations and support implementation
• Coach leaders to make effective trade-off decisions
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Mentor Consultants and support their development
• Contribute to Radically's internal capability and intellectual property

Experience

We typically expect:

• 4–10 years professional experience
• background in consulting, strategy, transformation, business operations, product leadership, or similar roles
• strong stakeholder management and facilitation capability
• structured problem solving and analytical thinking
• excellent written and verbal communication skills

Helpful But Not Required

• operating model or organisational design work
• financial analysis or business case development
• large corporate or public sector experience

We do not require Agile certifications.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a Scrum Master, project manager, or training facilitator role.

You will not be implementing a framework. You will be helping leadership teams run their business more effectively.
