Teacher Aide - Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a Teacher Aide to support our teaching teams in delivering play-based early childhood education. The role involves assisting teachers with learning activities, preparing and maintaining indoor and outdoor environments, and supporting children’s participation in play and daily routines. You will work under the guidance of qualified teachers to support children’s development. This role requires a collaborative team member who is flexible and willing to work across multiple Kidz World centres when required.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teacher Aide who enjoys working alongside teachers to support children's learning through play. This role involves assisting teaching staff with the preparation of learning environments and resources, supporting children to participate in learning experiences, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of our centres.

The successful applicant will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging play-based learning experiences.

• Assist children to participate in individual and group learning activities.

• Help prepare and maintain indoor and outdoor learning environments.

• Prepare, organise and maintain teaching resources and learning materials.

• Support children with their learning, social development and daily routines under the guidance of teachers.

• Work collaboratively as part of a professional teaching team.

• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

• Be flexible and willing to work across our different Kidz World centres as required.

Details of the position

• Permanent position – 30 hours per week.

• Applicants must hold a Level 5 Early Childhood Education qualification (or equivalent).

• Ability to travel between Kidz World centres is essential.

• Ongoing professional support from an experienced Management Team.

• A welcoming, collaborative team environment focused on supporting children's learning and wellbeing.

Pay: Negotiated on qualifications and experience
