Who we are looking for

Are you a seasoned HR professional who enjoys navigating complex employee relations matters, or an experienced HR Advisor ready to step into a broader business partnering role?

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to Restaurant and Area Managers, providing practical HR leadership across a large, fast-paced and multi-site environment. You’ll play a key role in resolving employee relations matters, supporting leaders to make confident people decisions, and helping shape a positive, high-performing culture. This is a great opportunity to make a genuine impact in a business that is growing, evolving and investing in its people.

What you will be doing

  • Provide practical HR support across a large, multi-site operation.
  • Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance and workplace matters.
  • Manage grievances, disciplinaries and change processes fairly and consistently.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and practices.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, culture and business performance.
  • Deliver HR training and guidance to build manager capability.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Confident communicator able to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Sound judgement in managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Experience working with unions.
  • Comfortable using HRIS systems and HR data to support decision-making.
  • Flexibility to travel and support the field, including some evening and weekend work.
