About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on GTM AI Specialist to help accelerate Gallagher Security’s go-to-market capability through practical, commercially focused AI.
In this role, you’ll design, build and maintain AI-powered tools, workflows and resources that make it easier for our sales teams and Channel Partners to understand, position and sell Gallagher solutions. Working closely with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Training and regional sales teams, you’ll turn complex product and market information into intuitive tools that support stronger commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build AI-powered tools, workflows and resources for sales teams and Channel Partners.
- Translate commercial challenges into practical AI solutions.
- Develop repeatable workflows such as product knowledge assistants, objection-handling tools and interactive industry guides.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritise, test and roll out high-impact capability.
- Use feedback and adoption data to improve what has been built.
- Champion responsible AI use, ensuring tools meet privacy, security and governance standards.
About You
You’re naturally curious and love building, turning real business challenges into smart, AI-driven solutions. You thrive on rapid prototyping, testing, and improving, keeping outcomes front and centre. Comfortable in both technical and commercial worlds, you simplify complexity and create tools people actually use.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience building AI-powered tools, workflows or applications.
- A portfolio of practical solutions you’ve built, deployed and maintained.
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience in sales, sales enablement, product marketing, go-to-market or a related B2B environment.
- Experience working with sales teams; channel partner experience would be a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain AI concepts in simple commercial language.
- A hands-on, experimental mindset with strong design sensibility.
- Confidence working with security, privacy and compliance considerations.
- Curiosity, self-direction and flexibility to work across time zones when needed.
