Your day-to-day would look like

• Designing and delivering AI solutions by building robust, scalable, and secure AI systems at Tower, leveraging machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI to solve real business problems.
• Operationalising and optimising models by supporting the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions, ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
• Embedding modern engineering practices by driving adoption of MLOps and best-practice engineering standards to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and sustainability across the team.

In your first 6-12 months, success will look like:

• Designing, building, testing, and deploying AI/ML solutions aligned with Tower’s platforms and engineering standards.
• Creating and maintaining data, model, and deployment pipelines to enable reliable training, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting generative AI, LLM, and agentic AI use cases, including context engineering and integration patterns.
• Working with AI engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams to deliver solutions that solve real business problems.
• Ensuring compliance with security and risk standards, contribute to documentation, and define operational support runbooks.

To thrive in this role, you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Senior AI Engineering, machine learning engineering, MLOps, software engineering, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, source control, CI/CD, and production support for data or AI solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions in a pragmatic and customer-focused way.
• Relevant knowledge of statical data analysis methods.
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting AI or machine learning solutions in production environments
• Strong technical capability in C# and Python and experience with cloud-based AI/ML tooling, preferably including Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML Studio and modern MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of model lifecycle management, monitoring, testing, version control, and release processes preferably including GitHub issues, pull requests, agents, actions and projects.
• Understanding of generative AI, large language models, context engineering, and emerging agentic AI concepts.
• Experience building agentic solutions with modern frameworks preferably Microsoft Agent Framework, Autogen, Semantic Kernel or LangGraph.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating strong problem-solving, planning, communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
