The Opportunity

Goodman is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused

Facilities Coordinator to lead the day-to-day management of the Service Desk and Highbrook office operations. Acting as a central point of contact for customers, contractors and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience across a premium property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Service Desk system, ensuring all requests are logged, tracked, and resolved effectively
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, contractors and internal teams
  • Liaise with Building Managers to ensure timely action of service requests
  • Coordinate contractor works, inductions and compliance (including H&S requirements)
  • Monitor contractor performance and escalate issues where required
  • Support property operations including security access, keys and building systems
  • Oversee daily office operations at Highbrook, ensuring efficient site functionality
  • Maintain accurate customer and property records, including system updates
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including service updates and operational notices
  • Provide overflow reception support and assist with general office coordination

About You

You are a proactive and solutions-driven professional who thrives in a busy, service-led environment. You bring:

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in an administrative or service coordination role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence working across multiple systems (including Microsoft Office)
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across teams
  • The resilience to manage competing priorities and adapt to change

Experience within the property or facilities sector will be highly regarded.
