What You’ll Do

This is a unique opportunity to lead change across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives that span the business. In this vital role, you’ll partner with senior leaders and programme/project teams to deliver successful change outcomes and business value, while helping strengthen change capability across Genesis.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are

• Lead change across transformation programmes and projects of various shapes and sizes
• Partner with senior leaders to enable high change readiness and adoption
• Lead change management workstreams, from design to delivery
• Deliver hands-on change management activities, including impact assessments, communications, learning, and business readiness
• Coach leaders and project teams, and mentor other change practitioners to grow capability
• Build trusted relationships across Trading, Finance and wider business teams
• Contribute to the ongoing development of enterprise change practices across Genesis, as part of a specialist change management team.

What You’ll Bring

You'll be an experienced change professional who enjoys balancing strategic influence with hands-on delivery in a fast-moving environment.

You will also have;

• Extensive experience leading organisational change management across complex programmes
• Strong experience delivering technology and systems implementation change
• Ability to engage, influence and challenge senior leaders and stakeholders
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience or a genuine interest in AI-enabled business change and digital transformation
• Broad knowledge of change management methodologies, with a collaborative approach to mentoring others and sharing knowledge freely.
