Adviser Support

I am looking for another Adviser Support person to join our team.

This role would suit someone who has lending or mortgage lending experience, is reliable, organised and genuinely enjoys helping clients.

A big part of the role is making sure things keep moving in the background, following up with banks, helping with client communication, preparing information and making sure clients feel looked after through the process.

• Lending or mortgage lending experience

• Excellent customer service

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliability and good communication

• The ability to work in a busy but fun environment

• A calm, helpful and solutions focused attitude

This is an important support role, because in advice, the work behind the scenes matters just as much as the advice itself.
