About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Village Coordinator to join the team at The Village Palms in Christchurch. Reporting to the Village and Sales Manager, you will assist to ensure seamless delivery of services and facilities to our residents.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4.30pm

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Village manager with systems, advocating policies and compliance.
• Maintaining communication with residents while considering business goals.
• Covering reception - answering calls and greeting visitors.
• Assisting with admin, projects and event planning.

About you

You will be a natural coordinator with great organizational skills. Other things that will support your application include:

• Proven interpersonal and analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
• Good working knowledge of the MS office suite and a natural affinity to work with different systems
• Having previous Aged Care experience will be advantageous
