Are you an experienced lash and nail technician looking for a professional and rewarding opportunity? Le Beauty is expanding, and we are looking for skilled beauty professionals to join our team across our six Auckland locations and new location in Henderson.

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented lash and nail technicians who can provide top-tier beauty services while maintaining a clean and professional environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who take pride in their craft and want to grow in a thriving beauty business.

Days Required: 5 days a week, including weekends

Hours: Minimum 30 hours – Maximum 50 hours per week

Pay Rate: $25- $35 per hour

Work Locations: Flexible across our all our Auckland branches

Available to start work immediately (Auckland based)

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in lashes, nails, or both

Strong expertise in eyelash extensions and builder gel nails

Ability to customize treatments based on client preferences and needs

Enthusiastic team player with a professional attitude

Clear and concise phone manner and accurate data entry skills

Previous experience in eyebrow treatments is an advantage

Commitment to continuous improvement through professional development

Eyelash certification or Nails certification is a plus but not required

• Perform professional eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume) and lash lifts

• Provide builder gel, gel polish, and nail enhancements with precision

• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards as per council regulations and company policies

• Understand, promote, and sell Le Beauty’s services and exclusive retail products

• Provide expert aftercare recommendations and educate clients on lash/nail maintenance

• Deliver a charismatic, friendly, and professional experience for every guest

• Generate new clientele through referrals and excellent service
