The Opportunity

Join a key transformation program delivering a new technology implementation within a regulated financial services environment. This is an initial 6-month contract based in Wellington or Auckland, offering hybrid flexibility and the opportunity to shape future-state operations.

• Lead process analysis and future-state design

• Partner with operations, product and digital teams

• Translate business requirements into clear deliverables

• Drive improvements aligned to technology change

• Support change management and stakeholder engagement

About You

You are a proactive Senior BA who thrives in transformation environments and can quickly add value.

• Experienced in financial services (insurance preferred)

• Comfortable working in regulated, complex environments

• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder engagement skills

• Able to hit the ground running

You'll bring

• Demonstrated Senior BA experience on technology implementations

• Strong process analysis and redesign capability

• Experience across operations, product and digital domains

• Exposure to change management activities

• Availability to work in Wellington or Auckland (hybrid)
