We are looking for an engineer to join our waste and resource recovery team. This role suits someone with experience in civil, environmental, or infrastructure projects who enjoys working on practical engineering solutions and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
You will support the delivery of waste and landfill projects across design, investigation, construction support, and client engagement — working alongside experienced technical specialists and project managers while continuing to build your own skills and project experience.
Our preferred candidate will have:
- BE (Hons) in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience (intermediate level)
- Experience in the waste and resource recovery industry (encouraged)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in civil design software such as 12d, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client relationship skills
- Project management experience (encouraged)
- An enquiring mind that can identify innovative solutions and deliver value to clients
We are open to which of our offices you'd like to work from / be based in.
What You'll Work On
Projects may include a mix of:
- Bulk earthworks and stormwater design
- Landfill and containment system design, including geosynthetic components
- Leachate and environmental management systems
- Landform and rehabilitation works
- Geotechnical and stability assessments
- General civil and environmental engineering support
