Are you a highly effective leadership coach who can work with senior leaders to lift performance, not just talk about it?

This role is about strengthening how leaders lead, coach, and deliver outcomes through their teams. You’ll work directly with Customer Business senior leaders to embed disciplined performance practices and build true leader capability.

We’re looking for a Business Performance Coach to join our Customer Business team—someone who is confident coaching at senior levels, can challenge constructively, and knows how to turn insight into sustained performance outcomes.

As a Business Performance Coach, you’ll work with leaders to embed a consistent, leader-led approach to performance, coaching, and customer outcomes.

This is not about coaching teams directly. Your focus is lifting leaders’ capability so they confidently plan, coach, review, and follow through on performance within their own teams.

Your work will focus on:

  • Coaching senior leaders to lead performance with clarity, discipline and consistency
  • Building strong leadership rhythms (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) that drive outcomes
  • Lifting leaders’ ability to observe, give clear feedback and follow up effectively
  • Using performance insights and data to focus effort where it matters most
  • Influencing and challenging leaders to embed sustainable performance practices
  • Partnering with Capability and Learning teams to ensure coordinated uplift

  • Deep experience as a leadership coach, including coaching senior leaders in complex environments
  • Proven ability to shift leader behaviour and embed sustained performance improvement
  • Strong understanding of performance systems, coaching disciplines, and leader-led routines
  • Confident using data and performance insights to diagnose and prioritise uplift
  • Ability to build trust quickly and challenge constructively at a senior level
  • Experience in large, customer-facing or regulated environments is beneficial
