  • Building strong relationships with customers, field teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring contract performance, reporting, variations, invoicing, and financial outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate asset and contract information through RAMM and other digital systems.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and contract performance.

About You

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Experience managing projects, contracts, or operational service delivery.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
  • An understanding of contract management principles and customer service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Modern offices with free onsite parking and flexible working options.
  • Health and wellbeing benefits including annual flu vaccinations, skin checks, and biennial mini medicals.
  • Opportunities for professional development within a growing business.

We know great candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this opportunity and believe your skills and experience could make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: Successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment Ministry of Justice check and a medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol test.
