Reservations Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

Are you fluent in Mandarin and English, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? RealNZ, a leading tourism company, is looking for a talented Reservations Specialist to join our team at our Queenstown office.

As Reservations Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide behind the scenes, assisting guests and trade partners with bookings for our incredible experiences. From answering calls and emails to managing reservations and driving sales, you’ll make sure every interaction is professional, timely, and full of RealNZ hospitality.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (additional languages are a bonus!)
  • Minimum 12 months proven experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre or similar environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and reservation systems is an advantage
  • A motivated team player who thrives on meeting sales targets
