We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their marketing career and build their experience in a supportive environment.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll support the delivery of campaigns and content across digital and physical channels, helping ensure everything we produce is customer focused, well-coordinated and on brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You'll often be the first point of contact for our team, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including agency and suppliers.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, collateral, signage and media bookings.
- Managing and maintaining our digital presence, including website updates, social media channels and email marketing campaigns.
- Helping with events.
- Managing projects from brief through to delivery and review.
- Keeping processes, budgets and administration running smoothly.

- Enjoys variety and can confidently manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Is early in their marketing career and looking to build practical experience, or has previous marketing experience and is ready for a new challenge
- Brings strong coordination and administration skills
What You’ll Bring
- A customer-focused mindset and genuine curiosity about people, places and experiences
- Around 2+ years’ experience in marketing (or transferable experience )
- Strong written communication skills and confidence creating content for different audiences and channels
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, positive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help where needed
- Experience using Campaign Monitor, Wrike or Tealium is a bonus!
