As our Marketing Production Coordinator, you’ll play an operational role in ensuring the efficient delivery of creative and content marketing initiatives by coordinating workflows, project intake, and optimising resource allocation across the marketing organisation.
Acting as the backbone of the creative function, the role brings structure, visibility, and consistency to project delivery, helping ensure work is properly scoped, prioritised, and executed on time and to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with the Content Marketing Manager, internal teams and external partners, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting to enhance productivity, transparency, and overall delivery of key work and projects.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of creative production processes, and a positive, collaborative attitude that enhances cross-team communication and collaboration.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage the end-to-end intake, prioritisation, and coordination of creative and marketing content work
- Ensure all work is clearly scoped, briefed, and aligned to business priorities, timelines, and resources
- Maintain visibility across all projects, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints
- Oversee resource planning and team utilisation, optimising workload across internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate the delivery of a wide range of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, digital, content, and brand projects
- Monitor project progress to ensure milestones, approvals, and deliverables are achieved on time
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on priorities, timelines, and expectations
- Drive consistency in processes, championing effective workflows and adoption of project management tools
- Use data, reporting, and insights to support planning, improve performance, and inform decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and operational excellence

Ō Pūkenga – About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, Operations, Design or equivalent experience or a related discipline.
You will also bring:
- 3-5 years' experience in creative operations, project management, marketing operations, production coordination, account management, or agency traffic management.
- Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in leading the introduction and adoption of productivity tools, improving efficiency in task and project work planning and execution.
