Transformation Project Manager to join the team and lead the modernisation of people management systems and processes across Allevia Hospitals.

About The Role

This newly created role will be responsible for the end-to-end selection, implementation, and optimisation of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), driving improved efficiency, data capability and continuous improvement in clinical and administrative processes. Following successful delivery for Allevia Hospitals, the role will extend to lead Phase 2 implementation across Allevia Radiology.

Reporting to the General Manager – Transformation and Business Improvement, this is a full-time, fixed term position based primarily at Allevia Hospital Epsom and will suit a strategic, proactive and solutions-focused project manager who is collaborative, influential and resourceful.

What We're Looking For

Ideally with a robust background in transformation, change and continuous quality improvement you’ll also bring :

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Health Administration, or related field
  • Professional project and change management certifications e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or similar
  • Proven track record in managing HRIS, workforce management, or similar system implementation projects
  • Capability to deliver large-scale process improvement, systems implementation, or operational redesign projects
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing transformation and change initiatives within complex, multi-site organisations preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Strong financial and analytical skills for business case development and project evaluation
