Private Banking Manager – Auckland (North Harbour Regional Centre)

We’re looking for someone with Private Banking experience to join our team at our North Harbour Regional Centre in Auckland.

The opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to step into (or further develop) a career in Private Banking, managing a high-value portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.

You’ll partner closely with customers to understand their unique financial goals and deliver bespoke solutions across lending, investments, and wealth structures, supported by a strong network of ASB specialists.

You’ll also play a key role in growing your portfolio, leveraging your professional network and identifying new opportunities in the market.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a relationship-led, advisory environment and brings:

• Significant banking experience (ideally 10+ years, with exposure to complex client needs)
• Proven success managing high-value or affluent client portfolios
• Strong business development capability and an established professional network
• Ability to navigate complex financial conversations and deliver tailored solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Sound understanding of financial markets and banking products
