About the Role
You will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets. This role requires a proactive, confident salesperson who can work independently and deliver results.
Key Responsibilits
* Spend the majority of your time in the field visiting existing and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients across hospitality, healthcare, retail, education, and facility management sectors.
* Prospect and acquire new B2B customers through face-to-face visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct product demonstrations and recommend tailored cleaning and packaging solutions.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
* Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio to maximise repeat business and account value.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales and KPI targets.
* Provide exceptional after-sales service and resolve customer enquiries promptly.
* Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
* Work closely with the internal sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably wholesale, FMCG, cleaning, packaging, or related industry)
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
* Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Driver’s licence preferred (for client visits)
* Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
