We’re looking for a commercially sharp Finance Analyst to join our Christchurch Support Office, working at the centre of our Sales, Retail and Merchandise operations.

This is a permanent role with real ownership - not just reporting the numbers, but shaping what happens next.

You’ll be trusted to:

  • Own revenue, margin and performance insights that inform key commercial decisions

  • Analyse pricing, discounting and customer trends to identify opportunities and risks

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape performance and outcomes

  • Build and evolve dashboards that enable faster, data-led decisions

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and bring fresh thinking to how we use data

You’ll gain exposure to a large, nationally scaled co-operative, working across multiple business units and complex commercial drivers.

You’re a Finance/Commercial Analyst (3–6 years) ready for more impact.

  • Strong commercial and financial analysis skills

  • Advanced Excel + Power BI (or similar)

  • Confident influencing stakeholders

  • Turn data into clear, actionable insight

  • Curious, proactive and commercially minded
