You will play a critical role in shaping how the business grows, competes, and allocates resources globally. This is a high-exposure position suited to a commercially minded analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build deep strategic capability.

You will work across the full strategy lifecycle — from rigorous analysis and financial modelling through to synthesising insights and delivering board-level materials — while also owning the execution of key strategic initiatives.

  • Develop robust financial models to evaluate growth opportunities and investment decisions
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Monitor global market trends and identify strategic implications
  • Prepare high-quality, board-ready presentations

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects from scoping through to execution
  • Define objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and hold teams accountable to outcomes
  • Manage multiple workstreams, proactively resolving risks and blockers
  • Facilitate workshops and decision-making forums with senior leaders

Strategic Planning & Business Performance

  • Support the annual strategic planning cycle and development of long-term roadmaps
  • Contribute to business cases across market entry, product innovation, and M&A
  • Translate strategy into actionable implementation plans with measurable outcomes

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior leaders and external stakeholders
  • Support engagement with private equity partners on reporting and analysis

About You

You are a sharp, structured thinker with a strong foundation in consulting and a proven ability to deliver results. You combine analytical rigour with commercial insight and are comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 1–4 years’ experience in management consulting
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects end-to-end
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
  • Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities

Desirable

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
  • Exposure to private equity environments
  • Strong communication skills and pragmatic use of strategic frameworks
