Kōrero Mō Te Tūranga – About The Role
If you crave variety and ownership from your day-to-day work, this could be the role for you! You'll call on your problem-solving skills to make a big impact to our dispatch function for NZ Post Express.
Working onsite from our Kaiwharawhara depot, a typical day will see you dispatching all the work booked by our customers to our Express contractor fleet. You'll respond efficiently and professionally to make sure the needs of the caller are met – all while remaining cool as a cucumber!
The needs of our customers are ever-changing and happening faster every day – our team needs to be one step ahead of these changes and act quickly.
Mōu - About You
- Be available to work Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm with the flexibility to work the occasional Saturday or Public Holiday
- Problem solving skills - someone who can think on the fly and find the best outcomes!
- Administration and data entry skills
- Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, over the phone and through email
