This is a fantastic short-term (3 Months) part-time (24 hours a week) opportunity for a creative and detail-driven

Graphic Designer to support our marketing and bid team by producing compelling, high-quality design work that strengthens competitive proposals and elevates our brand presence across multiple channels at our National Support Office in Parnell, Auckland.

Ko o Kawenga / Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver high-quality bid proposals, presentations and marketing collateral that are visually engaging and persuasive
  • Manage multiple design projects and tender timelines, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications and operational stakeholders to bring concepts to life
  • Maintain and update brand templates, design assets and content libraries to ensure consistency
  • Support social media content creation and other brand-related design outputs as require

He Kōrero Mōu / About You

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a graphic design role, ideally within corporate, agency, or fast-paced environments
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a sharp eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator who can present ideas and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Adaptable, organised and able to manage competing priorities while staying aligned to brand guidelines
