CARTERS Invercargill has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and operating a forklift to safely load products onto delivery trucks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills who takes pride in delivering exceptional, timely, and safe service to our customers. With your high energy and can-do attitude, you will:

• Operate a forklift to load and unload products, ensuring stock is put away in a timely manner
• Fulfilling customer orders accurately and preparing despatch and transfer documentation
• Participate in cycle counts and stock checks, reporting any discrepancies promptly
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets

About you

You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have the following skills and qualities:

• Valid FULL New Zealand Driver's Licence
• Competency in operating a Forklift with F Endorsed Licence and OSH Certificate
• A team-focused attitude with a positive, can-do approach and building the rapport with our customers
• Capable in navigating computer systems
• Proven awareness of health and safety legislation in this industry
• Physically fit for the occasional heavy lifting and manual handling
• Building industry knowledge an advantage
