As a Senior Data Engineer, you will join a high-performing data team delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions. This role plays a critical part in designing, building, and optimising data pipelines, data models, and data platforms to enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

You will work on large-scale transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations and data platform modernisation, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable data solutions.

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Modeler, Data Architect, or Database Developer.
• Experience with modern data tools (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, cloud data platforms).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/DataOps practices.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation or data modernisation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience working on ERP implementations and data migration projects.
• Strong experience in data modelling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
• Strong expertise in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration techniques.

Duration - Contract until end of June 2027

Location - Must be based in Wellington
