About the role

We are seeking a Business Alignment & Pipeline Planning Manager to join our Business Strategy & Commercial Excellence team in New Zealand. In this role, you will support cross-functional alignment and lead early commercial planning for pipeline assets to improve operational efficiency and business impact.

Your role will be varied and will include:

• Co-leading early commercial planning and due diligence for pipeline assets

• Driving alignment, planning discipline and efficiency across commercial teams

• Supporting strategic and operating planning processes across the business

• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to enable successful launch readiness

About you

We are looking for a commercially minded professional with strong strategic capability and the ability to influence across a complex organisation.

You will need:

• At least 3 years’ e xperience in marketing, business development, and/ or new product planning (pharma preferred)

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability

• Ability to influence without authority and manage cross-functional stakeholders

• An ability to see the bigger picture, appreciate cross function challenge s and focus on what i s ultimately going to drive the business

• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex information
