Installer Welder and Operations Manager

At BWORTH Limited, we are seeking skilled and experienced Installer welders and Operations Manager to join our team in the Auckland region.

Our team comprises passionate experts who are dedicated to understanding clients' (Residential and Commercial) unique vision.

Both positions are permanent full-time permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hrs/week

Role : Installer Welder

Job Responsibilites include

  • Install canopies at various locations, including residential and commercial sites, following provided instructions and blueprints.

  • Prepare the installation area by ensuring proper measurements and alignment for accurate fitting.

  • Fabricate and weld metal framework for canopies using MIG, TIG, or other welding techniques.

  • Ensure proper alignment, strength, and stability of welded components to withstand various weather conditions.

  • Collaborate with the installation team to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

  • Inspect and assess the quality of completed installations to verify adherence to specifications and safety standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or deficiencies in the canopy installation process.

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and time spent on each installation project.

  • Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organised.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience or a relevant bachelor's degree (NZ Register level 4)
  • High level of competency across general fabrication tasks

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of jobs

  • Confidence in reading and understanding engineering drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Physically fit, with the ability to lift materials and stand for extended period

Installer Welder is a full-time, permanent role with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week with remuneration between $30-$40 per hour for the right candidate.

Role : Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities include

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including logistics, scheduling, and service delivery
  • Managing staff and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety and environmental regulations
  • Coordinating customer service and contract management
  • Implementing systems and processes to improve operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience OR a relevant level 4 qualification or higher.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues

  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Operations Manager is a full-time, permanent role with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week with remuneration between $35-$40 per hour for the right candidate.
