As Senior Brand Manager – New Zealand, you’ll lead the growth of our Personal Care portfolio, including Libra, TOM Organic, and TENA, bringing strategy to life in a way that drives both brand relevance and commercial success.

About the Role

This is more than a marketing role—it’s a high-impact leadership opportunity across a multi-brand portfolio. You’ll act as the New Zealand market lead, translating regional strategy into powerful, insight-led execution that connects with consumers and delivers results.

Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and category, you’ll drive end-to-end brand performance across multiplechannels. Operating in a matrix environment, you’ll collaborate with Australian and global teams while championing local needs to unlock growth opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Lead execution of ANZ brand strategies within the NZ market
  • Champion locally relevant, insight-led brand and shopper activation
  • Drive brand equity, penetration, and profitable market share growth
  • Identify growth opportunities through consumer, category, and market insights
  • Partner closely with Sales and Category teams to deliver customer growth
  • Lead integrated customer marketing and activation across in-store and digital channels
  • Own and deliver the NZ commercial calendar across key initiatives
  • Lead in-market execution of innovation in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Translate data and insights into clear, actionable strategies
  • Manage A&P budgets and optimise investment to maximise ROI

Who You Are

  • An experienced FMCG professional (8+ years) across Brand, Category, or Commercial roles
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution
  • Commercially astute, with strong financial and analytical capability
  • Skilled at translating consumer and shopper insights into growth initiatives
  • A collaborative and confident stakeholder manager across matrix environments
  • Comfortable leading across multiple brands and competing priorities
  • Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with retail dynamics and scan data (e.g. Circana) is advantageous
