You will bring strong relationship management capabilities, with proven experience working with brokers, insurers, and suppliers. Alongside this, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be solutions-focused, detail-oriented, and empathetic.

We are particularly interested in candidates with proven Loss Adjusting experience across Domestic, Commercial, and NHI claims.

Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to join our Wellington team. You will have the knowledge, experience, and attitude to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial insurance claims, including complex and large-losses.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Delivering high-quality customer experiences
• Undertaking assessments based on site visits and/or documentary (including photographic/video) evidence
• Meeting with customers and suppliers and completing thorough investigations
• Providing clear, timely written and verbal communication and reporting
• Managing the end-to-end insurance claim settlement process
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with brokers, insurers, and stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will be energetic, proactive, and committed to continuous learning. ANZIIF qualifications (or similar) are advantageous; however, your attitude and experience will be key.
